Dan Croft is what we call a "middle-age" entrepreneur. He developed a strong set of skills and experiences working in corporate America for many years, until discovering a specific problem that he could solve for mid to large sized companies, namely trying to manage and administrate a mobile workforce and their multitude of devices. Keeping these devices tied into the network, helping keep employees productive at home or in the office, and making sure the entire network is secure is a task that most companies would be too overwhelmed to handle. Dan and his team have seen tremendous growth the past couple years solving this problem for companies.

Tom Rissman wanted to develop an App. He sat down with some partners and talked about many ideas, and it was his love for his daughters that led him to develop an application and service called StreetSafe. Using the technology of Smartphones, GPS, and trained experts, Tom and his company are able to provide a security solution for individuals who find themselves in environments where they are fearful of getting safely to their destination. Tom explains this innovative service to us on the program and how the marriage of technology and service and consumer need have his company poised for tremendous growth.
